About

Web3 Developer / Security Researcher

Hi, I’m Shashank — a curious mind exploring the intersection of cybersecurity, blockchain, and software engineering.

I’m an undergraduate computer science student with a growing focus on cybersecurity—especially cryptography and capture-the-flag (CTF) challenges. I actively compete with bi0s, one of India’s top CTF teams, where I sharpen my skills through real-world problem solving and hands-on exploration.

I’m especially passionate about decentralization and Web3. Working with smart contracts and building dApps allows me to merge security-focused thinking with the creativity of software development—an intersection I find endlessly exciting.

Outside the terminal, you’ll often find me deep in a book or admiring mechanical watches. I enjoy quirky reads like How to Lie with Statistics—because even numbers can bend the truth without context.

I don’t claim to know everything. I just believe in asking better questions every day.

Stay hungry, stay foolish.

Hobbies

  • Solving CTFs — I enjoy the rush of breaking things (ethically) to understand how they work.
  • Reading books that make me think differently, especially non-fiction and the occasional offbeat gem.
  • Journaling my thoughts, questions, and “aha” moments—mostly to make sense of the chaos.
  • Listening to podcasts that feed my curiosity—tech, psychology, or anything that sparks a new idea.
  • Exploring new tools, ideas, and technologies just for the fun of discovering something unexpected.

Tools

These are the tools I reach for when building, debugging, or exploring. From smart contract development to solving CTF challenges, each one supports how I learn and create.
